• Shipping Costs: All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

• Refunds & Services: We do not provide refunds for any services. However, we stand behind our work and guarantee all services. Customers must notify us within 1 business day of receiving their order if they have any concerns. After this timeframe, additional charges may apply. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No Refunds / No Returns: All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed, is in transit, or has been delivered.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: BKLYN THREADD LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order details (products, sizes, colors, and shipping address) before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Discounts & Add-Ons: Once your order has been placed, no discounts, add-ons, or modifications can be applied.

• Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees.

• Delivery Issues: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact USPS directly and open a case with a live representative for further investigation.

• File Release Fee: Customers may request a copy of their digitized embroidery file for a $35.00 release fee.

• File Storage: All digitized designs will remain stored in BKLYN Thread’s system indefinitely for future use

• Invoices: An invoice will always be provided to the customer for every order.

• Accepted Payments: We accept all major debit and credit cards

• Design Ownership: We do not accept orders using embroidery designs provided by outside sources. Only the original customer who paid for their design to be digitized holds the rights to continue using that design with BKLYN Thread.
